Mayor Robert "Butch" Berry
A native of Eureka Springs (4th generation), architect, preservation specialist, artist, outdoorsman -
and first Mayor of Eureka Springs to be re-elected for two consecutive 4-year terms since the 1940's!.

COMMUNITY & PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
Butch has been active in local
government and business for a
long time. He has served on the Planning Commission, CAPC Commission, Planning Commission,
city council and Board of the Eureka Springs Chamber of Commerce.
He is currently serving his second term on the Arkansas Municipal League's Executive Committee and his Governor's appointment to the Advisory Commission on National Service and Volunteerism.
Butch is Chairman of Board of Preferred Family Health and
Secretary of Brightly, Inc.
He was the Executive Director of
the Capitol Zoning Commission in Little Rock, Arkansas, and was Principal of I.D.E.A (Innovative Design and Environment Arts)
He has owned his own architectural firm -Robert D Berry architects P.A. - since 1996.

Butch was the architect for
the Carroll County Western
District Courthouse restoration;
worked on hundreds of
preservation and new
construction projects in

PERSONAL
Married to Lynn Berry;
has one step-daughter.
Graduate of Berryville
High School and the
University of Arkansas.
As often as possible, you'll find Butch outdoors with friends and family fishing, canoeing, walking the family dogs and attending as many U of A games as possible.
